The T6.1 Weekender is designed for everyday use, family and spontaneous travel. Swivelling passenger double bench, steplessly adjustable 3-seat rear bench with Isofix and load-through up to 2.4 m, plus folding adjustable table create a flexibly usable interior.
The compact kitchen can be configured with gas or induction hob. Deliberately space-saving, it enables simple provisioning on the road without compromising everyday usability.
The interior converts flexibly to a sleeping area. Optionally, an Austops pop-top with plate springs and Scenic Canvas function adds standing height and further sleeping options.
Clever cabinets, compartments and storage hold travel gear and everyday equipment. Rear seats are removable, so the Weekender can also serve as a transport vehicle with significantly expanded cargo space.
A 100 Ah AGM auxiliary battery with Victron Orion Blue Smart charge booster powers key consumers. CEE external socket, Victron Blue Smart charger and warm white LED interior lighting form a solid electrical base for weekends and short trips.
The Weekender is deliberately reduced and flexibly conceived. An Autotherm 2D auxiliary heater can optionally be added to significantly increase comfort in cooler temperatures.
The T6.1 Weekender is based on selected VW lease returns with documented service and maintenance history – a reliable, traceable base for a premium camper conversion at an attractive entry point.
Multiplex birch and oak, water-based stains, robust HPL coating, HPL oak flooring and Armaflex insulation ensure a durable interior. Pop-top roof, roof rack and further details can be added to match your use concept.
